How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes, we specialize in custom orders. You can choose specific cord colors, bead styles, and medals through our customizer tool or by contacting our design team directly.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our craftsmanship with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your rosary breaks or fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-built rosaries are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your rosaries blessed?
By law and Church tradition, we cannot sell blessed items. We recommend taking your new rosary to your local parish priest or deacon to be blessed after it arrives.
